IT Helpdesk Specialist

Main responsibilities:
  • Manage IT Service Desk and IT Helpdesk operations. 
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement architectures, processes, and tech stacks. 
  • Ensure excellent quality and conduct thorough testing. 
  • Drive projects to success within a strong team environment.

Required skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of IT experience. 
  • Proficiency in MS 365, Windows 10-11, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, MS Teams, and Intune (Endpoint Manager). 
  • Experience in PC hardware installation. 
  • Willingness to travel to Germany. 
  • Strong team player with a drive for personal and team advancement. 
  • Pragmatic hands-on mentality. 
  • Excellent German skills and basic English skills

  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
