Personal Assistant

 The role of the Assistant to Senior Manager position is about to provide the Manager with effective and proactive support, mainly in administrative and organizational tasks.

Main responsibilities:
-        Assist the Manager with daily administration 
-        Manage the schedule by setting up meetings and visits
-        Organize the regular senior management meetings and other high priority meetings, one to ones, 
          prepare agenda, sending out invitations and prepares minutes of meetings
-        Participate in event organization
-        Make travel and accomodation arrangements
-        Screen and direct phone calls
-        Prepare and/or format internal and external communication within own area of responsibility 
          (memos, e-mails, presentations, reports, etc.)

Required skills:
-        College degree
-        3+ years experience in similar role at multinational corporation
-        Fluent English (verbal and written)
-        Hungarian language is a must
-        Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-        Well organized, able to priorize and has strong focus on meeting the deadlines
-        Reliability, accuracy, flexibility
-        Able to work individually and have very good problem solving skills
-        PowerPoint, Excel, Word
