French speaking Order Management Representative

Main responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Order activities with the overall goal of delivering O2C services, while ensuring customer satisfaction, quality and cost-effectiveness
- Secure the efficient operation flow by receiving and fulfilling internal and external requests
- Ensures that the proper level of service is provided to the customers & the company teams, by the company Corporate policies/processes, and legal and compliance requirements
- Create reports - when necessary from SAP/Power BI dashboards or Business Objects
- Enter and monitor customer orders in SAP
- Support customer master data set-up and change requests
- Monitor, follow-up, and communicate daily with customers and internal teams for all Order to
- Monitor, follow up, and communicate with customers and internal teams on various Order to Delivery topics, including product availability, order block management, shipments, returns/distribution claims, and compliance documentation requirements.
Required skills:
- University or college degree
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- 2 years experience in order management
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Great Communication & interpersonal skills
- Has a problem-solving mindset
- Able to work independently, and as a member of a team
Advantages:
