Customer Service Specialist and Sales Support - Dutch speaking

Our partner is a market leader within abrasive industry, almost hundred years old family company. We cover the customer service activities for central Europe and middle East from the Budapest Hub. 


Main responsibilities:
  • Entering and managing orders in SAP
  • Experience in customer service/sales support or B2B customer service function
  • SAP or another ERP systems knowledge
  • Supporting customers in the local language via phone and/or email
  • Strong daily cooperation with other departments in English (production, logistics, finance, supply, quality)
  • Close cooperation with the local sales team
  • Complete order management
  • Keeping the SAP and the CRM system updated
  • Providing back office administrative services 


Required skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service/sales support or B2B customer service function
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • SAP or another ERP systems knowledge
  • Business English and Dutch proficiency 
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Being able to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good level of analytical skills, numeracy 
  • Technical awareness
