Spanish-speaking Collection Specialist
We are looking for a fluent Spanish and English-speaking professional with Cash Collection experience! If you would like to work for a globally known pharma company where flexibility and work-life balance are among the company values, then apply now!
Main responsibilities:
- Provide collections management services, including reviewing AR ageing reports, performing collections & dunning, and managing escalations and follow-up actions.
- Handle dispute & claim management, qualifying and creating disputes and managing dispute resolution.
- Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of collections management activities and local entities.
- Proactively identify operational issues and coaching junior analysts.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, participate in process automation initiatives, and ensure seamless adoption and transition.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree - in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Collections & Receivables Management, preferably in an international multicultural environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Broad understanding of end-to-end customer invoice-to-cash process.
- Strong problem-solving, deductive, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and precision.
- Professional interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients, and a team player mindset.
