Tax Expert Senior Accountant
Our key partner company in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Senior Accountant whose main responsibilities will include Tax-related accounting and answering questions on this topic. Excellent English language skills and accumulated experience are essential for this position. If you also have Italian language skills, you can apply with great advantage!
Main responsibilities:
- Analyzing financial data to support tax planning and compliance
- Assisting in tax preparation, filing, and audits
- Conducting ad-hoc tax analysis and research
- Handling tax, journal, and accrual postings
- Overseeing asset and expense accounting activities
- Managing financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and cash allocation
- Reconciling accounts and conducting treasury transactions and financial reporting
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in audit processes
Required skills:
- A university degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Profound understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Self-motivation, open-mindedness
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong customer orientation and service focus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
