HR Generalist

Join a dynamic multinational company making waves in Hungary! As our client's small SSC hub continues to expand rapidly, we're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team. Main responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of the Managing Directors and the local Management;
  • Liaising with partner companies;
  • Archiving digital and hard copy documentation;
  • Organization of interviews, conferences, community building events
  • Take continuous efforts to improve the quality of HUB operations;
  • Report all facts and information concerning the operation of the Commercial Agency to the Managing Directors and the local Management and associates competent in the matter at hand;
  • Perform other tasks assigned to him/her by the Managing Directors and the local Management, as well as such ad hoc duties, on his/her own initiative, which are not included in the job description, but belong to his/her activities on account of the purpose of the job, or arise from an emergency situation, and that are appurtenant to the job.
 



Required skills:
  • University or College degree;
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience gained at a similar position, within a multinational corporate environment;
  • Fluent English language skills both verbal and written;
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Positive mindset, ability to work under pressure.
