German speaking HR Process Specialist

Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Employee and Manager HR inquiries within the DACH region, addressing and resolving requests promptly.
- Assist in developing standards, processes, and policies for Employee and Manager services to enhance the overall employee experience and ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Actively participate in HR projects and contribute to the enhancement of HR-related structures and processes.
- Identify areas for improvement within your scope of responsibility and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Document process changes and effectively communicate them to all relevant stakeholders.
- Promote standardization, harmonization, and sharing of best practices within HR SCE.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Less than two years of professional experience in delivering high-quality customer service within HR administration
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities, especially in managing multiple open requisitions
- Emphasis on quality management and a strong customer-focused approach
- Analytical mindset geared towards problem-solving and achieving results
- Enjoys working in an international setting with a global perspective and local engagement
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in office applications, with a keen interest in technology and digital tools; familiarity with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow is advantageous
- Fluent in English and German
