Our partner is a worldwide energy enterprise engaged in all facets of the energy sector, striving to provide light, heat, and mobility to millions of individuals on a daily basis.
Main responsibilities:
- Advocate for a culture of security and safety across all endeavors and operations.
- Lead the development, testing, operations, and continuous improvement efforts for digital products and services.
- Ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance with architectural and security standards, as well as relevant policy controls.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional Digital technology teams to effectively resolve complex incidents, requests, and problems, and provide technical advisory support on major digital initiatives.
- Oversee and ensure the safe application and adoption of new and updated technologies into the environment, working closely with customers to meet requirements and promptly address critical issues as they arise.
Required skills:
- Over 8 years of experience in scaled Service Delivery Roles, managing software vendors and internal teams.
- Proficient in modern Service Delivery methods, from Site Reliability Engineering to traditional ITIL, and Product Based delivery.
- Strong communication skills, adept at operating in complex business environments up to senior executive levels.
- Leadership experience in delivering IT services and application development on platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
- Knowledgeable in PAAS and SAAS service delivery, with project management expertise in IT-led projects.
- Business acumen in Finance Accounting processes, ownership of product backlogs, and adeptness in managing major incidents affecting live operations.
