Accounting Manager - Client Services

Main responsibilities:
  • Leading the accounting team
  • Managing the client portfolio
  • Ensuring the precise, professional work of the team - according to international standards
  • Reviewing financial statements
  • Ensuring smooth audit process
  • Initiating and implementing process improvement projects; introducing action plans in order to maximize efficiency
  • Preparing management reports - close cooperation with the directors
  • End-to-end people management - training and motivating the teams


Required skills:
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • People management experience
  • IFRS knowledge
  • Fluent English
  • Strategical thinking and strong negotiating skill
