Customer Service Specialist

Main responsibilities:
  • Full processing of customer orders, modifications upon customer request
  • Data provision for customs clearance and veterinary license
  • Respond to requests from customers about volume, product, logistics, and QA information
  • Provides information (by telephone or e-mail) to customers about the company and products on the basis of existing information booklets
  • Supports the sales manager and acts as a point of contact for customers so that customers are provided with appropriate services
  • Fully sales support to achieve volume targets and service level KPI
  • Monitors the order handling on the basis of planning overviews, forwarding data etc., flags up departures
  • Inventory control, short expiration date product handling
  •  Daily contact with the company departments (finance, MSP, MPP, sales team, forwarding, master data, warehouse, PDM, and other company entities) and external partners (customer clearance office, VET doctor)
  • Fulfil ad hoc tasks/reports required by the Customer Service Team Lead


Required skills:
  • Higher education or University degree
  • 2-4 years experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
  • Excel knowledge user level 
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle complexity
  • Min. intermediate English knowledge
