Customer Service Specialist

Main responsibilities:
- Full processing of customer orders, modifications upon customer request
- Data provision for customs clearance and veterinary license
- Respond to requests from customers about volume, product, logistics, and QA information
- Provides information (by telephone or e-mail) to customers about the company and products on the basis of existing information booklets
- Supports the sales manager and acts as a point of contact for customers so that customers are provided with appropriate services
- Fully sales support to achieve volume targets and service level KPI
- Monitors the order handling on the basis of planning overviews, forwarding data etc., flags up departures
- Inventory control, short expiration date product handling
- Daily contact with the company departments (finance, MSP, MPP, sales team, forwarding, master data, warehouse, PDM, and other company entities) and external partners (customer clearance office, VET doctor)
- Fulfil ad hoc tasks/reports required by the Customer Service Team Lead
Required skills:
- Higher education or University degree
- 2-4 years experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
- Excel knowledge user level
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle complexity
- Min. intermediate English knowledge
