Finance Manager – Business Division and Corporate Operations (Spanish-Speaking)
We are looking for a Finance Manager for our international client to join their team in Budapest. If you have 5+ years of relevant experience in service delivery and management and are looking for your next career step, look no further!
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver services to budgeting, forecasting, closing and reporting sales/gross to net
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve strategic KPI targets
- Ensure Compliance and Internal Control/ SOX standards are met
- Support global transformation projects related to finance operations, i.e. TM1, ERP, rolling forecast and related process improvements and closely collaborate with Process Managers and Global process owners to support the design and implementation of these key projects
- Drive continuous improvement
- Ensure proper implementation
- Manage planning and priorities of team workload, supervise their performance (individual development plan, training plan, objectives, career development)
- Support Finance Business Partners, service management teams, and other relevant stakeholders and act as the representative of the service delivery team
- Oversee the delivery of services to ensure that budgeting and reporting are completed under the Group calendar
Required skills:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of service delivery and management in a finance controlling environment
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and strategic thinking
- Proven track record of collaborating with various internal stakeholders
- Change management skills
- Strategic thinking
- Business partnering experience
- People management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
