Product Management Manager (Controlling Manager)

Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of product strategies,
- Analysis and optimization of the product portfolio, initiating and introducing product developments considering customer needs,
- Formulation and monitoring of pricing strategies,
- Involvement in the preparation of business proposals and documentation for clients,
- Participation in business planning and budgeting,
- Conducting market and competitive research, monitoring market trends,
- Performing controlling activities, preparing reports, and analysing the performance of products/services,
- Designing quality indicators for products and services and developing measurement methods,
- Contribution to the creation of Business Regulations, General Terms and Conditions, and other regulations related to products,
- Continuous collaboration with sales, marketing, and operational teams for effective product management.
Required skills:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in the field of controlling (production, warehouse)
- Excellent control and analytical thinking (Strong Excel knowledge)
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills (Presentation skills)
- Flexibility and well-structured work methodology
- Proficient English and Hungarian language skills
- Willingness and ability to work well in a team
- Eligibility to work in Hungary
