Main responsibilities:
As a Sourcing Lead, you will be tasked with:
- Crafting and overseeing sourcing strategies for a range of projects, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Analyzing market data to guide sourcing decisions and adapt strategies based on evolving market dynamics.
- Leading the supplier selection process from initial screening through to contract finalization, guaranteeing standards are met and value is optimized.
- Spearheading stakeholder collaboration during bid evaluations and contract negotiations, with a focused commitment to sustainability.
- Managing contracts to guarantee compliance, relevancy, and optimal support for operational requirements.
Required skills:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Brings 8-10 years of comprehensive experience in sourcing and contracting from start to finish.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of the clean energy sector.
- Exhibits exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Proficient in using digital procurement tools.
