GL Team Leader (German Speaking)

We are seeking motivated candidates looking for a great leadership opportunity in the GL field at a multinational company with an engineering core focus. If you have 5+ years of GL experience combined with 1-2 years of people management experience, and speak German on a B2 level, do not hesitate to apply!


Main responsibilities:
  • Taking full responsibility for people management of the RTR accounting team
  • Coordinating the team members to reach business targets
  • Resolving escalations and complex accounting issues
  • Supporting the team with professional questions
  • Being accountable for the team’s performance
  • Initiating change management and process improvement ideas
  • Improving processes and procedures to develop efficiency to the fullest
  • Building and keeping active contact with high-level stakeholder management


Required skills:
  • At least 5 years experience in related Finance/Accounting area, preferably in a multinational/SSC environment
  • Minimum 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and at least intermediate German skills
