Senior HRBP (Commercial)

We are searching for a new senior member of our client's executive leadership team who is dedicated to support the company to a next level of success.


Main responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Internal moves and talent management
  • HR digitalization
  • Managing employee programs and forums, employer branding
  • Internal communication
  • Guide and support every organisational change and development actions
  • Maintain policies and guideline in relevant HR areas
  • Responsible for managing a high quality in payroll services and communication
  • Supporting line managers in all people related question
  • Provide HR advice and ensure that all people activities and processes are managed in line with company policy and local regulations and standards




Required skills:
  • Solid HR Business Partnering experience – min. 5-7+ys
  • Project, Change and Stakeholder management experience
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Personal Integrity and agility, proactive approach
  • Successfully building trust and relationship at various levels
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • A self starter who can work autonomously
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and initiatives
