Sales tool specialist (German)

Main responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver the initial and ongoing training for the sales teams
- Support users with “how to” questions and “it’s not working” issues
- Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues, and identify bugs and defects
- Resolve system issues and provide initial response to the user or customer
- Participate and assist in activities to drive user adoption of D365
- Provide proactive communication to country management and sales teams about new D365 functionality, changes, and known issues
Required skills:
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- CRM system knowledge such as Microsoft D365 or Salesforce
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
- Excellent verbal and written English and German
- Experience in Sales Support, IT, Finance, or Sales
- Experience in communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment
- Be proactive in resolving issues and delivering business solutions
- Analytical skills to capture business requirements and deliver relevant reporting
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with international contacts, various departments (sales, IT especially) and external customers
