HR Generalist

Main responsibilities:
- Administrative support of the Managing Directors and the local Management;
- Liaising with partner companies;
- Archiving digital and hard copy documentation;
- Organization of interviews, conferences, community building events
- Take continuous efforts to improve the quality of HUB operations;
- Report all facts and information concerning the operation of the Commercial Agency to the Managing Directors and the local Management and associates competent in the matter at hand;
- Perform other tasks assigned to him/her by the Managing Directors and the local Management, as well as such ad hoc duties, on his/her own initiative, which are not included in the job description, but belong to his/her activities on account of the purpose of the job, or arise from an emergency situation, and that are appurtenant to the job.
Required skills:
- University or College degree;
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience gained at a similar position, within a multinational corporate environment;
- Fluent English language skills both verbal and written;
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Positive mindset, ability to work under pressure.
