Senior Controller (French speaking)

Main responsibilities:

Ensure standard Cost is calculated
Monitor the KPIs
Reporting
Variance analysis
Propose and implement continuous improvement and process simplification opportunities
Build in close collaboration with neighbouring functions all forecast requirements
Support finance transformation on key finance initiatives (e.g. SAP implementation, harmonization & standardization of the processes/reporting)
Ensure compliance
Build strong partnerships with Finance Business Partners

Required skills:

Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics
3+ years of experience in controlling or accounting, preferably in the field of manufacturing/industrial production
Advanced Excel skills (download data and use pivot tables, V-look-ups, etc.)
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
Fluent English, strong intermediate French knowledge
