Main responsibilities:

Lead and manage finance projects independently, focusing on small to medium-sized initiatives, demonstrating strong project management skills and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines while addressing project risks.
Identify opportunities for streamlining finance processes and improving efficiency using a Process Improvement approach.
Actively contribute innovative ideas to enhance finance processes and drive operational excellence.
Analyse existing finance processes using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Design and implement process improvement initiatives leveraging technology and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate process improvements using key performance indicators to identify further enhancements.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, achievements, challenges, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the finance department.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) is an advantage
Minimum 4-5 years proven experience in finance project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Fluency in English
