Project & Process Manager
Join our automative partner company team in Budaörs as a Project and Process Manager within their PMO team!
Main responsibilities:
- Planning and leading system implementation, process improvement, and business strategic projects autonomously.
- Efficient coordination, motivation, and continuous communication with project teams, ensuring timely delivery of task
- Identifying, implementing, and documenting improvement needs in existing processes.
- Active participation in the company's digitalization efforts, including identifying areas for digitization and automation, planning, preparing, and leading digitalization projects
- Managing contracts related to your projects, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Maintaining positive and active relationships with internal stakeholders at various levels.
- Actively participating in annual project, cost, and resource planning.
Required skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of project management/process management experience, preferably in automotive, IT, or telecommunications industries.
- Proficiency in process mapping, improvement, and automation.
- Experience in IT systems implementation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the working language due to the international nature of our company.
- Strong communication skills in both IT and business domains, with the ability to understand and address concerns from both area
- Ability to work independently.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and handling conflicting interests for optimal solutions.
- High stress tolerance
- Assertive, confident, and positive personality
- Ability to motivate others and open doors with your personality.
- Structured thinking, ability to condense information, quickly identify problems, and find solutions through targeted questions.
- Preferably, a degree in economics or related field.
