Vendor Manager (FRENCH speaking)

Join our prestigious multinational Client as a respected member of the Global Service Centre department. The new colleague will be directly responsible for the continuous performance monitoring of the existing supplies partners and implementing and managing installation vendors.


Main responsibilities:
•             Provide operational support to the Sourcing Team regarding the selection of a new service provider 
•             Coordinate the implementation in the company’s  operations and tools of the new installation vendors 
•             Monitoring the performance of the vendors and assure the compliance to the contract
•             Ensure the execution of the vendor’s payment on monthly basis for all the activities based on the contract requirements
•             Follow up orders, including out of system orders 
•             Update vendor account setup
•             Measure and report the performance of each activity on a regular basis
•             Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the activities on a timely manner
•             Maintain a list of metrics and key indicators
•             Review KPIs with countries and vendor, identify deviations 
•             Ensure process or systems change requirements are implemented by partner in due time
•             Act as interface with partner for all matters: technical, process, systems, financial
•             Coordinate new projects where the Vendor is involved
•             Liaise with supplies partners support and cross functional teams in Budapest and Cebu


Required skills:
•             BA or BSc degree 
•             4+ years professional experience in vendor/supply chain/commercial management role
•             Fluent in English and French languages
•             Experience in SSC and/or Service Delivery Organization is a plus
•             Ability to drive initiatives 
•             Excellent reporting, analytics and summarization skills 
•             Advanced knowledge of excel (Vlookup, Pivot), ERP system, Active MS outlook  
•             Ability to work in a multicultural environment 
•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•             Excellent team player and problem-solver
•             Rigorous, well organized and able to manage priorities
