TRANSFORMATION / CHANGE MANAGEMENT SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (NON-IT)

On behalf of our international partner, we are looking for a Project Manager to manage process improvement projects end-to-end and implement changes due to transformations within the SSC. The scope also includes planning and managing all aspects of the delivery of medium to large-sized projects within defined financial and timely targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Establishing and coordinating multiple project teams across the global organization
  • Supervising the work of Project Members and other project participants (external contractors/suppliers/consultants)
  • Capacity and pipeline management
  • Planning, managing and delivering international projects that will significantly affect the organisation, ea. Process Change Management, Transition and implementation, Cross-functional internal process improvement, Supplier selection, Financial/governmental, HR and Reporting projects
  • Risk Management
  • Delivering projects to contracted service levels and within defined financial and timely targets
  • Maintaining and developing customer satisfaction
  • Applying and following project management methodologies (Agile or PMP)
  • Maintaining high-level stakeholder relationship, also on executive level

Skills/Experience:

  • Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in complex project management
  • 5+ years of experience in the shared services sector
  • Good basic knowledge in finance, customer service, HR OR procurement
  • Experienced practitioner of Project Management methodologies such as Agile or APMP
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies
  • Advanced user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS SharePoint
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Risk Management or 6 Sigma/Lean qualifications are advantageous
