TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

    On behalf of our key partner, operating in the field of Telecommunication business we are seeking a Technical Solutions Management Specialist to its Budapest Office. Be the face of the Company in front of the customers & represent the customer internally - which requires a strong collaboration on both sides. In this position you have to be pro-active and a great problem solver. You will have the possibility to travel abroad and work in a multinational environment.

Main tasks:

  • Ensure all management KPIs are adhered to within target SLA’s
  • Diagnosing process faults within Global Operations and working with internal teams to drive continual service improvement.
  • Manage activities across multiple customers effectively whilst focusing on objectives and results while prioritizing accordingly
  • Support the Solution Manager and Sales team in a pre-sale’s capacity acting as an expert
  • Be the driver of multiple ITIL procedures (Change, Problem, Incident,) and continuously improve upon each if necessary

Requirements:

  • Strong business English knowledge (German is an advantage and any other European language is nice to have)
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certificate, Cisco or equivalent knowledge and experience is an advantage
  • Experienced in KPI Reporting and reporting against SLAs
  • Excellent ability to manage customer relationships, their expectations
  • Understand requirements of both the business and the customer and ensure they are translated into technical delivery
  • Technical understanding of preferably mobile and networking solutions
  • Relevant experience in the sector of Telecommunication is a huge advantage

Ideal Candidate can be:

  • Who has 2nd line technical support related experience
  • Candidate, having Team leader experience (supporting 1st line support team) who wouldn’t mind to work without people management responsibilities
