We are currently looking for a motivated person for a new and expanding team in Szeged for a Customer Service Team Leader role with fluent knowledge in ENGLISH language to lead a Customer Facing and Customer Service Representative team who supports inbound and outbound customer contacts.


  • Managing a team of Customer Service Representative colleges
  • Ensuring timely resolution of Service Requests and activities within the Customer Relationship Management system of the company
  • Stakeholder management with all relevant area’s internal and external ensuring related issues are dealt within an effective and timely manner
  • Providing first level escalation for any issues raised by the team
  • Delivering Customer Service and Order to Cash processes by managing workflow, ensuring adequate holiday training & sickness cover
  • Ensuring Monthly and Quarterly reporting activities are performed in an accurate manner within the assigned deadlines
  • Active participation in transitions
  • Supporting and being involved in strategic target definition, implementation and delivery
  • Organizing monthly team meetings with direct reports
  • Carry out regular one to ones with all direct reports to discuss performance and to develop and implement career path plans
  • Working closely with other team leaders within the BSC to ensure that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared and lessons learnt
  • Motivate Coach and develop members of the team


  • Fluent English language knowledge is a must!
  • Previous relevant experience in Customer Service
  • Previous experience in the telco/IT sector is desirable
  • 3+ years of experience in an international environment in Customer Relationship management
  • Over 1 year of experience in People Management / Sales Administration / Order to Cash
  • Attention to accuracy and details
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
