Software Support Representative - Level 2

Our partner has a long history of research and development focused on IT hardware and software solutions. It serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. Its Competence Center in Budapest provides high added-value services primarily in the fields of finance, supply chain, marketing, customer support, after-sales, sales tracking, and environment/operational excellence to the European, Middle Eastern, and North African entities.


Main responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support for complex solutions products for customers 
  • Troubleshooting
  • Configuration
  • Incident management
  • Understanding customer segments and product value
  • Quickly recognizing the solution 
  • Identifying areas for which training or knowledge-base content is missing




Required skills:
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent higher-level education degree 
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of IT or Technical Support (Level 2)
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
