Service Desk Analyst

Main responsibilities:
-       Taking ownership and responsibility for problems of client’s technical issues
-       Troubleshooting basic end-user issues
-       Primary responsibility of user support
-       Responsible for managing the ticket queues
-       Creating reports and managing ticketing system
-       Analyzing requests and problems 
-       Maintaining a high level of Quality Customer Service
-       Ensuring the correct escalation procedure
 


Required skills:
-       Intermediate English and fluent Danish OR Norwegian OR Swedish OR German OR Italian language knowledge
-       Experience in Customer Service or IT support is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome
-       Reliable, open, communicative personality who works well within a team 
-       Customer-oriented attitude
-       Good technical & IT knowledge is an advantage
