Service Desk Analyst - Russian speaking

Our client is one of the world's leading IT professional services companies, transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era. They are an outstanding participant of the Hungarian Shared Service Center market since 2008 providing multilingual IT services.


Main responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting end-user issues
  • Providing IT support to clients
  • Primary responsibility of user support
  • Respond to questions from all emails and callers
  • Creating reports and managing the ticketing system
  • Coordinate the resolution end-to-end between customer, supplier and resolver teams



Required skills:
  • Speaking fluent Russian and at least upper-intermediate English
  • At least 0,5 year of work experience in L1 Technical Support or Customer Service role
  • Open and proactive
  • Ready to learn new things
  • Ready to develop professionally
