Responsibilities:

  • Providing high level of employee service
  • Troubleshooting end user issues
  • Providing IT support to the users
  • Primary responsibility of user support
  • Respond to questions from all emails and callers
  • Creating reports and managing ticketing system
  • Coordinate the resolution end-to-end between customer, supplier and resolver teams
