Service Desk Agent with Dutch knowledge

Main responsibilities:
  • Act as the 1st point of contact and improve the customer satisfaction level
  • Troubleshoot IT related issues and handle customer requests
  • Provide accurate support through different channels such as telephone, email, or chat
  • Using ticketing tool on 1st line support
  • Keep contact with the high-level support teams and follow up the cases to keep informed the end-user


Required skills:
  • High level of Dutch language and you have upper-intermediate English language skills
  • Experienced in any customer service - experience gained in any area is an advantage but NOT a MUST
  • A university graduate - fresh graduates are also welcome!
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Nice and friendly personality able to work in a team,
  • Good problem-solving skills,
  • Open for working in shifts
