Serbian/Croatian/Slovenian Customer Support Specialist

Our Client is offering a wide range of standard and customer tailored plastic, returnable packaging solutions. All over the world the company is employing more, than 2000 people. Currently we are looking for Candidates with relevant experience and Serbian or Croatian or Slovenian language skills to the Company’s office – located in Budaörs.

 

The main responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and controlling of order realization
  • Managing the orders
  • Calculating offers
  • Keeping contact with foreign subsidiaries
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Handling complaints
  • Controlling the daily payments
  • Cooperating with other departments of the company
  • Making reports and pricelists
  • Market research
  • Making appointments with customers

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experiences in customer service (marketing/sales experience is advantage)
  • Native Hungarian, very good knowledge of English + Balkan language skills
  • MS Office practical experience, with good knowledge of Excel
  • Well-developed interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and also able to cooperate within a team
  • Very good communication skills
  • Knowledge of iScala system and CRM system will be an advantage
  • Creative thinking, be pro-active with positive attitude
  • Open minded, open for challenges, new experience and fast learning person
  • Good organizational and time management skills
