SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing high level of employee services
  • Troubleshooting end user issues
  • Managing ticketing systems
  • Liaising with internal and external solution groups
  • Coordinating the resolution end-to-end between customers, suppliers and resolver teams

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Intermediate German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Experienced in working with customers or in an international environment
  • Experienced in incident management
  • MPLS Networking knowledge is a must and CCNA is a plus
  • Open and proactive
  • Ready to learn new things
  • Ready to develop professionally
  • Flexible to work in shifts (the company provides 24/7 non stop support to its customers)
