SENIOR FINANCE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

Our partner is looking for a Senior Finance Process Improvement Specialist to support transformation projects running in the finance department.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency
  • Plan, coordinate and support improvement projects
  • Perform process reviews to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization
  • Create process maps
  • Ensure existing systems are align with the processes and compliance requirements
  • Help and support teams in prioritizing issue and creating new ideas
  • Participate in transition and stabilization processes
  • Stakeholder management

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in ENGLISH is a MUST
  • College or University degree
  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement / CI / transformation
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes
  • Experience with process mapping methodologies
  • Experience in a multinational environment
  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
