Senior Customer Service Coordinator

Our partner is one of the world’s leading providers of advanced and circular polyolefin and they are a European market leader in base chemicals, fertilizers, and the mechanical recycling of plastics. On behalf of them, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Coordinator.


Main responsibilities:
  • Maintain of entire bonus and discount agreements process in SAP: 
  • Perform the bonus and rebate agreement for the assigned scope 
  • Interacts with Sales and Finance to ensure that accruals are verified 
  • Takes the lead so that calculation and payment can be executed on time 
  • Align with Sales/Customers on bonus calculation details 
  • Customer Master Data and Data integrity processes: 
  • Is responsible for the correct set up of Customer Master data (Sold to) in line with VAT and other regulations 
  • Creates and maintains Customer Sold to according to agreed procedures 
  • Runs regular data quality checks to ensure master data integrity for Customer Master 
  • Acts as master data central point of contact for the CSC, Finance, Tax and Sales manager for any Customer master data related issue 
  • Interacts and aligns with Key User Community 
  • Maintain, check and improve the processes wherever is needed: 
  • Ensures that all related procedures and handbooks are kept up to date


Required skills:
  • University Degree
  • Min. 5-year Customer Service Centre experience or similar basic knowledge/study as Customer Service Representative role
  • Very good SAP, Excel, and remote communication skills
  • Fluent written and verbal command of English
  • Analytical thinking

  • Results-driven attitude
