Sales Team Leader

Our partner is a market-leading company. Their clients include the largest international companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and start-up companies. They are looking for their new colleague to lead their future brand new acquisition sales team.

Main responsibilities:
  • Building up the acquisition team, recruiting and integrating sales professionals into the organization
  • Developing an expectation system, KPI, and motivation system
  • Managing and supporting the team
  • Defining operational processes, SLAs

Required skills:
  • 4+ years of B2B services telesales experience
  • 2+ years of telesales team leadership experience
  • Highly structured and data-driven thinking
  • Any CRM system knowledge
  • Strong intermediate English language skills
  • Outstanding motivational ability
  • Result and success-oriented
  • Higher education
