Main responsibilities:
- Building up the acquisition team, recruiting and integrating sales professionals into the organization
- Developing an expectation system, KPI, and motivation system
- Managing and supporting the team
- Defining operational processes, SLAs
Required skills:
- 4+ years of B2B services telesales experience
- 2+ years of telesales team leadership experience
- Highly structured and data-driven thinking
- Any CRM system knowledge
- Strong intermediate English language skills
- Outstanding motivational ability
- Result and success-oriented
