Sales & Project Support Coordinator (French speaking)

Our multinational partner is looking for an enthusiastic  Sales & Project Support Coordinator with fluent French language knowledge who will manage end-to-end the sales order related procedure from quotation until collection.  


Main responsibilities:
  • Managing contracts from order creation in SAP to the end of the contract
  • Performing quotation 
  • Providing support in the negotiation and issuing purchase requisitions 
  • Creating project plan, monitoring project status throughout its phases 
  • Acting as a bridge between Planning, Procurement and the customer
  • Solve any issues with delivery / conformity of product delivered 


Required skills:
  • Degree level
  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales support OR order management OR bid management OR logistics 
  • Fluency in French and good knowledge of English is required 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic by managing complex processes
  • Interested in sales, commercial, logistic, high level of client service
