REQUISITION TO RECIEPT – TEAM LEADER (SZEGED)

 

Our Client is one of the world's leading integrated oil and gas companies. They deliver processes for partners including finance, accounting, HR operations, customer service and procurement in more than 70 countries.
This time they are looking for an experienced team leader with fluent English language knowledge to joint their team!
The new colleague will be responsible for managing a team which places and manages third party orders on behalf of Downstream businesses in Europe. The team also undertakes a range of support activities enabling the orders to be processed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking receipt of all requests for order placement and data management
  • Allocating and monitoring work progress and delivery to ensure accuracy
  • Studying the monthly / quarterly expected volume data and planning for workload as needed
  • Providing analysis and recommendations where targets have not been met
  • Ensuring workload is evenly balanced across the team
  • Training new joiners and monitoring performance during the training and probation period
  • Supporting team performance by undertaking activity as required
  • Acting as the process / system document owner
  • Developing and maintaining up to date procedures and manuals
  • Defining any process change / improvement requirements based on team member feedback
  • Managing the delivery of any process / system changes
  • Owning the delivery of any changes and ensuring that any additional activities required in the process are completed
  • Performing internal audits and analysis

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language knowledge is a must!
  • Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Business or Supply Chain or suitable similar qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role (in procurement and materials planning, ideally in a manufacturing operation related industry)
  • 2+ years of experience in People Management in Sales Administration / Order to Cash
  • Experience in managing and maintaining operational documentation and ERP (ie SAP, Oracle etc.) systems
  • Attention to accuracy and details
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
