Regional HR Business Partner

Main responsibilities:
  • Acts as the single point of contact partner of HR towards multiple client groups in 3 countries and several locations
  • Provides ongoing support, guidance, counselling and coaching in all people and organization related matters
  • Drives key HR processes and ensures alignment between client groups to ensure and implement standardized policies, processes
  • Drives training and organisational development activities from need analysis up to delivering and following up solutions
  • Actively contributes to Talent Acquisition - led by the TA team-, including advisory to managers, briefings, selection of tools & channels, final interviews, assessments, employer branding
  • Drives great internal communications directly and by supporting the respective managers
  • Advice and consult on all compensation & benefits related topics to drive competitiveness
  • Drive culture and company values through the organisation
  • Ensure legal compliance of all HR activities


Required skills:
  • Graduated in economics, business or HR
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or HR BP role
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian 
  • Possess valid driving license and willingness to travel in the region
  • Experienced in working with and supporting senior business managers
  • Moderate level of experience with talent management, performance management, HR operations & Hungarian labour code, talent acquisition, change management
  • International orientation and multicultural mind-set
  • Self-driven, proactive and can work with limited guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
