Recruitment Project Manager

Our Client is looking to recruit a Recruitment Project Manager who will be responsible to ensure that recruitment rund smoothly. The company has an RPO partner, external recruitment partners and inhouse recruiters. The major part of the job is to coordinate all recruitment parties in order to guarantee to hire about 200-250 FTE annualy. This will include providing guidance to the recruiters, monitoring and reporting on results and ensuring that the company has a candidate friendly and effective recruiting process. They Project Manager is accountable to the successful operation of recruiting events, including candidate experience and gathering feedback via debrief sessions.  She/he will partner with  internal HR, hiring managers and other stakeholders, the Recruitment Outsourcing Partner, agencies, and will report directly to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager.



Main responsibilities:
  • Effectively supervise and guide the recruitment partners, assuring an effective and efficient recruitment performance.
  • To provide ongoing coaching and development to recruiters.
  • Implement and coordinate effective employee recruitment strategies for the BSC. 
  • Identify and recommend advertising and recruiting needs based on the market and trends.
  • Develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Explores the market best practices and recommend appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Builds a quality relationship with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, HR and site leadership.
  • Monitors and reports out regarding the performance recruitment department to internal stakeholders.
  • Supports the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
  • Work with hiring managers to enable smooth a quality recruitment process and excellent candidate experience. 
  • Lead debrief sessions following interview events.
  • Manages local relationships with Universities, Job events, External agencies.
 




Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Supervisory experience with responsibility for performance management, coaching and developing others specific to Talent Acquisition.
  • ATS experience 
  • Strong people management and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to partner and build rapport with business partners both internally and externally.
