Quality Analyst (German speaking)

On behalf of our multinational partner, we are looking for a Quality Analyst who will handle the quality issues for the Service Desk Associates' and help to improve the quality of customer satisfaction. If you have experience in IT support and would like to help with the development of others, don't hesitate to apply!


Main responsibilities:
  • Audit and assess agent/associate’s performance based on pre-defined parameters
  • Evaluate each transaction and provide the score to the associates
  • Mentor and counsel the associate on the areas of improvement, organize training sessions to mitigate the defects
  • Categorization of errors and reporting them to management 
  • Position may have up to 80% phone time depending on volumes and business needs
  • Ability to work with both internal and client teams
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends (if the business demands)
  • Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines, and handle pressure with tact and poise


Required skills:
  • High level of German language and you have upper-intermediate English language skills
  • Min. 2 years experience in any customer service
  • A minimum of 1 year in a Quality auditor role
  • General understanding of internet technologies
  • Client-focused and solution-oriented attitude
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills


Advantages:
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Previous experience in a customer or technical support role is a plus
  • Understanding Windows XP and Apple OS 10 is a plus
