Project Manager - French speaking

Our partner serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. In its Competence Center in Budapest, our client is now looking for a French-speaking Customer Project Manager, who will be responsible for successful project implementation. 

Main responsibilities:
  • Planning, scheduling, monitoring, evaluating, and directing projects to ensure a complete and satisfactory solution
  • Producing a project plan of all phases, activities, and tasks necessary for executing the project and manage the project schedule 
  • Establishing a baseline budget, timeline, and set of customer expectations at project initiation
  • Ensuring that the order template has been created correctly and is correct for the initial order
  • Leading the Project Manager/Project Coordinator team in the execution of all assigned projects
  • Conducting progress reviews with client and team personnel, providing contingency and problem resolution plans as required
  • Assisting management in making reality-based decisions regarding the development of timeline and budget in the pre-sales process
  • Managing scope, budget, margin, and all project resources
  • Providing current updates to meeting minutes, complete post-implementation checklist
  • Producing final documentation on budget and milestone performance
  • Conducting close out reviews with implementation team, client, and Director of Operations
  • Preparing overview reports on projects
  • Performing quality monitoring and providing individual feedback to team members
  • Proposing process improvements for project management, coaching team members to improve their performance
  • Participating in any project related meetings

Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in managing project scope, budget, margin, and resources
  • Experience working in a role responsible for managing an international client relationship 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools:  Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to get along well with diverse personalities, flexibility
  • Strong leadership skills
  • “Hands-on” management style

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in hardware deployments
