Procurement buyer - English and Dutch speaking

On behalf of our multinational client in the sustainable packaging industry, we are looking for a PROCUREMENT BUYER with English and DUTCH knowledge!


Main responsibilities:
  • Conducting supplier negotiations with the local supplier base for achieving the best price, lead time, payment terms.
  • Ensuring relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Supporting change management locally.
  • Driving procurement KPI’s and following procurement policies, strategies, and procedures.
  • Processing purchase requests raised for Indirect goods and services; and converting them into purchase orders.
  • Supporting the category strategy implementation and working with category teams.
  • Managing the vendor master by checking/creating/ maintaining the suppliers.
  • Rolling out the request for quotes to suppliers, evaluate incoming supplier offers, and finalize with the best offer for purchase orders issuance. 


Required skills:
  • At least 3 years experience in the field of supply chain/logistics/order management
  • Solid SAP knowledge
  • Fluency in English AND Dutch
