Process Improvement Specialist

Our partner is operating with 1.300+ colleagues in Budapest, supporting 25 countries globally. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of cross-functional processes and systems enhancing speed and accuracy, improving efficiency, effectiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs.

Main responsibilities:
  • Managing process improvement projects
  • Facilitating the successful implementation of new services
  • Supporting the finance and the supply chain departments
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and prioritizing process/system change requests
  • Coordinating and managing virtual project teams
  • Coordinating the delivery of critical tasks/milestones in the project, highlighting any risks, and proposing mitigation
  • Identifying root causes

Required skills:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • 3+ years' experience in process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of English
  • Experience gained in a multinational environment
  • Consultancy, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity
  • EU citizenship

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Basic finance and accounting knowledge
  • Experience gained in the Shared Service Center sector
