Pricing and Ordering Coordinator (French)

Their continuously growing Business Support Center in Budapest is looking for a new member to join them in this challenge as a Pricing and Ordering Coordinator.

Main responsibilities:
  • Receive and validate product pricing and order submission requests from internal teams
  • Confirm availability of requested solution 
  • Produce alternative solutions for pricing or ordering in case of any complications
  • Perform product costing/pricing and ordering 
  • Manage the handovers between the different departments 
  • Keep the requestor informed about the progress of their request

Required skills:
  • Degree level
  • 0,5 - 1 year customer service/ordering experience gained at a multinational company is an advantage
  • Fluency in English AND at least conversation level of French language is a must
  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 
  • Customer service attitude
  • Cooperative and positive attitude 
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
