One of our international Clients is looking for new specialist to its Sales Enablement team, who is responsible for the implementation and execution of field marketing initiatives in the CE countries (Poland, Czech and Slovakia). The Field Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally with both Marketing and Sales to plan and carry out marketing activities that align to the global marketing priorities and are designed to acquire, engage and accelerate demand for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create communication plans for field marketing initiatives and follow to successful completion
  • Deliver ongoing marketing support and execute marketing tactics, aligned to the global marketing strategy
  • Plan and project manage field marketing initiatives to completion with cross-functional collaboration with other Global Marketing teams
  • Work with the creative services teams to print and web assets that support tactical local needs
  • Maintain open and active communication paths to sales leaders and their teams to ensure assigned projects are meeting goals and expectations
  • Develop robust knowledge of products, solutions and services offered by the company
  • Supports local sales with product launch
  • Project manage the planning and on-site execution of relevant trade show and customer hospitality events with the goal of providing the sales team with opportunities to gain new business and/or grow existing business
  • Acts as a first contact point for sales inquiries related to marketing content and initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Language skills: English and Polish mandatory (Slovak or Czech a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years related marketing experience
  • Effective presentation skills, in-person or via webinar
  • Some project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite platform
  • Periodic travel required (around 20-30%)
