People Lifecycle Services Specialist (DACH region)

Our multinational partner, with an HQ in Germany, would like to extend their HR department in Budapest, supporting Germany. We have positions with different seniority levels, that could challenge you, pique your interest, and put your skills to the test!

Main responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for diverse and multifaceted tasks around performance, talent and development services for the DACH region
  • Execute benefits and compensation standards, processes, and policies to create an outstanding employee experience
  • Update and maintain data content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance
  • Execute performance and talent targets for the DACH region
  • Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics



Required skills:
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
  • First professional experience (>2 years) in providing high-quality customer services in modern performance and talent management processes
  • Focus on quality management and strong customer orientation
  • Analytical mind focusing on problem-solving and on results
  • Enjoying working in an international environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity
