Payroll Process Lead

Would you like to join our partner and be responsible for deploying a subset of the global payroll core model deliverables and strengthening payroll capabilities globally? 

Main responsibilities:
  • implementation of selected aspects of the payroll core model globally
  • define vendor management strategy 
  • identify automation and optimization opportunities
  • lead payroll BPO projects in multiple countries
  • timely resolution of critical global payroll issues, identify local or global risks and implement mitigation actions
  • deliver support documentation to ensure that day-to-day payroll operations are compliant with global Internal Control around the globe
  • lead review, identification, definition and scoping of continuous improvement, simplification and standardization initiatives
  • identify and scope out potential digitization opportunities to drive step changes in core model effectiveness and efficiency

Required skills:
  • degree in HR or Business Administration
  • deep expertise with design, delivery and management of end-to-end Payroll and time-related processes in SSC environment
  • regional/global vendor management experience 
  • ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, third party partners and provide guidance to senior stakeholders
  • strong project management skills combined with payroll management tools knowledge 
  • fluency in English
