Order Management Specialist with Spanish and Italian/Portuguese

Main responsibilities:
  • Being the customer’s first point of contact
  • Managing the entire order to invoice process
  • Handling complex requests
  • Handling orders from customers by phone, email and fax
  • Managing the complex relationship between supplier, customers and sales manager
  • Proactively guiding to the customer on the most appropriate ports from which to get their supplies
  • Initiating and following-up on deliveries of products from warehouses to customers
  • Recording complaints received from the customers
  • Providing regular feedback on technical and commercial issues raised by customers to the account manager
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with stakeholders

Required skills:
  • Spanish and Italian or Portuguese language knowledge is a must
  • 1-3+ years of relevant work experience (customer service / order management / sales support / logistic support)
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-orientated mindset, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem solving & time management skills
  • Great organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Strong understanding of end to end order to cash process included
  • Analytical skills
