Office Assistant in part-time (4 hours, 1 year fix term contract)

We are hiring for our international partner in the 11th district.



Main responsibilities:
  • act as a receptionist (answering phone calls, welcome guests)
  • manage incoming/outgoing emails (maintain contact lists)
  • maintain and keep update the filing system for HR and Accountancy (sick leaves, and invoice control)
  • order office supply
  • organize business travel


Required skills:
  • strong written and communication skills in English language (German is an advantage, Hungarian is a must)
  • good time management skills
  • high level of interpersonal skills
  • confident use of MS Office tools
  • accurate, independent and reliable personality
